motherboard not detecting graphics card

i have a gigabyte gtx 960 OC .i have used this card for about 1 year.but it is not working anymore the fan is spinning but it is not showing up in the device manager.

my specs- intel dh61ww
GTX 960
i5 2500k
2x4 gb corsair vengeance
corsair 600 watts power supply

what i did so far:1.i checked the pcie slot using ge610 and it is ok
2.checked the power supply and it is ok
3.the graphics card is not running on my friends gh61ww, but it is working fine at the service center.
4.i have updated bios
please​ help me, i am trying to solve this problem for more than a week

yes i saw the card running at the service center.
can my bios get currupted ? because 2 yrs ago something like this happened with my internet ,my motherboard was not detecting my internet a total update of the bios fixed that problem

You can check for a newer BIOS and reset yours if no updates are available.

i reset my bios but it is still not working.i tested the graphics card on 4 more machines and it is not working in any of them.is it possible that the service center is frauding me?

You said you saw the card running on their system, so tough to say they were lying to you if you were right there. But if it does not work in several systems, pretty much points to an issue with the card.
