Damage from power outage

my power went out sometimes when playing games or just browsing online, in a month, the power can out two times,
what damage will it take to my pc(especially hardware)? and also my PSU im using is Enermax Maxpro 600W,can it protect against any electrical damage that could have been caused.

with a pc and hard drive not and ssd. lost power can cause head crash if it reading or writting. also cuase lost data and windows errors over time. sometime it can cause caps to fail in cheap power supplys. if the power is not out but brown out. best bet is an apu (battery back up).
