My current Corsair void headset is broken. I should have about 300-400£ to spend on a mechanical keyboard and mic/headset aswell as a few games. I am having real trouble deciding what to get. I want good audio quality but also surround sound. However there are so many headphones, mics, headsets and sound cards I have no idea what to buy. Any recommendations?? Also I will be using them for games like R6, destiny 2, rust etc

much depends on budget, preferences and requirements honestly.

it should be stated that most headsets are only stereo audio. in the majority of cases they are advertised as surround because they feature soundcards which with processing mimic surround sound (this is called virtual surround). dolby headphone would be an example of such software. you can use any stereo headphone to mimic this surround sound given the proper soundcard support (one with dolby headphone or cmss3d/sbx) or do it with razer's free surround sound program (though this is considered not as good as the first two choices generally).

if going the headphone route, some models to look at:
hd518/558. neutral, slow but easy listening, not fatiguing, decently comfortable, easy to drive.
ad500x/ad700x. wide soundstage, tends towards bass light, comfortable. widely known for being a popular gaming set.
dt770. bassy, v-shaped, comfortable, decent soundstage considering its a closed can. mentioned because prices in uk are good.
dt990. like the dt770 but open design with more soundstage and less bass. again, prices in uk for beyer products are better.

dt770/990 you may want a decent soundcard to power them (such as a Z). the rest would be fine without anything special other than meeting your surround sound software requirements.

for headsets the hyper x cloud is a decent budget level choice. it is not anything special but is good for the price and is a decent all rounder. the game one is based on the hd518/558 so look at my description of them. the game zero is bass light but has a similar comfort to the game one. the adg1 is based on the ad500x.

of course these are some broad suggestions since you did not really clarify your needs.
