i have 2 computer windows 10 connected via wifi. I am trying to set up the home network and need to change the 2nd computer from public to private network. It will not allow me to do it. The internet is working fine on both computers. I have looked at numerous on line tutorials and nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any ideas
