Which one CPU Cooler would look better and which one performs better? Also please provide suggestions on other Red LED CPU coolers if possible.

Solution
The best solution would be something you do by yourself by replacing the stock fans on a heatsink with red LED fans. I did so. Bought Arctic Cooling Freezer i32 and replaced the stock fan with Corsair ML120 Pro red LED fans to run in push-pull configuration and to match my Skylake build's black & red theme (full specs in my sig).

Under the spoiler is one combined pic that i created out of my Skylake building pics to show you the process and end result.
A little explanation about each image also:
Top left: Bought Arctic Freezer i32.
Top middle: Arctic Freezer i32 with stock fan and 2nd Arctic F12 PWM fan in push-pull configuration.
Top right: Bought Corsair ML120 and ML140 fans for better cooling performance and eyecandy.

And specs too,

ML120: http://www.corsair.com/en-eu/ml120-pro-led-red-120mm-premium-magnetic-levitation-fan

You can go for any red LED 120mm fan when you don't want to pay the premium price of Corsair ML120 Pro red LED fans.

so let's say I buy a cryorig h7 if I replaced the fans with led fans would that be an upgrade or downgrade in performance?

I'll most likely use riing 12 leds for the fan replacements

That depends on a fan performance. If the stock fan has better performance (more CFM at said RPM and more SP at said RPM), while the fan you're upgrading to has weaker performance then you'll loose on overall cooling performance.

Coryorig H7 stock fan specs,
Rated Speed: 330 ~ 1600 RPM ±10%
Noise Level: 10 ~ 25 dB(A)
Air Flow: 49 CFM
Air Pressure: 1.65 mmH2O
Ampere: 0.16 A
link: http://www.cryorig.com/h7_us.php

Thermaltake Riing 12 red LED specs,
Rated Speed: 1500 RPM
Noise Level: 24.6 dB(A)
Air Flow: 40.6 CFM
Air Pressure: 2.01 mmH2O
Ampere: 0.2 A
link: http://www.thermaltake.com/Case_Fan/Case_Fan_/Riing/C_00002640/Riing_12_LED_Red/Specification.htm

With Thermaltake Riing 12 fans, you'll loose on air flow but gain in static pressure.

Just for comparison, here are the specs of Corsair ML120 Pro red LED,
Rated Speed: 400 ~ 2400 RPM
Noise Level: 16 ~ 37 dB(A)
Air Flow: 12 ~ 75 CFM
Air Pressure: 0.2 ~ 4.2 mmH2O
Ampere: 0.299 A

ok so i've decided to just buy a cryorig h7 but i have another question that is off topic. For the front intake of my case (corsair carbide 100r) should i put a riing 12 or a sp120 as itake fans? Also would the 120mm fan that comes with the case be able to be used for the front intake aswell or should i replace it?

Corsair 100R comes with 2x AF120L fans, one at the front and one at the back. AF120L is upgraded version of AF120 fan. Since AF120L fans aren't available to be bought without a case, there are no official statistics about the fan and i can't tell if AF120L would do as proper case fan.
Usually stock fans are quite bad. I got 3x AF140L fans with my Corsair 760T case and i replaced them all. Even though they were silent, they didn't move much air.

Since 100R supports 2x 120/140 at front, i'd mount 2x 140mm fans at front. With bigger fan, you'll get more air moved with less of a noise. But if you decide to have 2x 120mm at front then it depends which Corsair SP120 fan you have.

If you have SP120 High Performance Edition then it would be better than Riing 12 since it does move more air with greater force, provided that you'll run it with full power (2350 RPM),
specs: http://www.corsair.com/en-eu/air-series-sp120-high-performance-edition-high-static-pressure-120mm-fan

But when you have SP120 Quiet Edition, then the Riing 12 would be better since it falls short from the performance of Riing 12.
specs: http://www.corsair.com/en-eu/air-series-sp120-quiet-edition-high-static-pressure-120mm-fan

Since i don't think you're willing to listen 37 dB(A), which SP120 High Performance Edition fan will do at 2350 RPM, it's safe to say that you should go with Riing 12 fans as front intake fans.
