I have a very odd problem on my daughters PC. It boots up just fine, and I can even connect to it via teamviewer. But for some reason, it seems to take ages until the monitor receives the video output.
The monitor itself is not the issue as I have swapped that out. I have also tried the different outputs on the video card, VGA, DVI and HDMI.
I presume it cannot be the video driver either, otherwise I would not be getting any output over teamviewer either,
