I know this is a really weird question but was there any chance that I zapped my Gtx 1060? I'm not gonna build the PC yet cause we need to buy a mobo and a cpu. I had to use the gpu because of a promo (which didn't work apparently)

Nope. 0%. RAM modules are the very sensitive members of the PC's fam. If the GFX card doesn't work you simply exchange it. Or you say to yourself there is a .0000000000000000000000000000000000001% chance I caused an esd because I touched it and it's my fault. I need to go out and buy a new one.
