Computer Shuts Down Without Warning Then Goes On And Off By Itself! HELP!!

Hi Everyone! So My Computer Shuts itself down Then Proceeds To Go on and of by itself Theres also a green light with disks on it that stays constantly on! Any Help is great!

My Computer is a z400 workstation with a gt 730 graphics card!
Me And My Dad Think I Could Be A Power problem but i dont know.

I think it is overheating, what are your temps? You can measure them with this software : http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
Does it show a "BLUE" screen when it shuts down or it just shuts down?

I Cant Turn it on it keeps turning off :/

do you see the BIOS splash screen ? i mean the screen which says HP or Intel or something like that? it may have text which says del to enter ssetup or something like that?

No. But i think its a power problem im gonna get a replacement on tuesday
