PC reboots during gaming are mainly caused by 2 issues:
1. CPU/GPU overheating.
2. Crappy PSU that fails do deliver enough power to the GPU.
1. Since your CPU did show signs of overheating, do check your temps more regularly. You can use HWinfo64 and before starting a gaming session, start the logging in HWinfo64. This way, the HWinfo64 records all data (voltage, temps etc) during the recording period. You can go over the log afterwards and look what temps your components did hit.

Though, if you have a proper cooling inside your case then the Intel's stock CPU cooler should be more than enough to cool your CPU.
How many case fans do you have and what's the orientation of said fans? Also, what make and model your PC case is?
2. Since i don't know which PSU you upgraded from, i can't tell if your PSU upgrade really was an upgrade or was it a downgrade instead.
Corsair VS series PSUs are low quality (Tier four) PSUs,

For proper PSU, look towards Tier two or Tier one unit. Anything from Seasonic will do just fine, in 600W range, e.g S12II-620 or G-650 (both are Tier two units),

S12II series is fully wired and 80+ Bronze certified.
G series is semi-modular and 80+ Gold certified.
All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic. Full specs in my sig.
