Which way do i face my CX450M power supply's fan?

If there's a vent on the case at the bottom , face the fan down.

For me it was a bit different im using a CX450M and a Corsair Spec 02 case and with fan facing down i noticed it was making quite alot of noise sometimes, and very noticable that you could hear it in other room, and once tapping the PSU it went back quiet, obviously i might have a fault PSU but then i put it Fan facing motherboard and havent heard the PSU since, silent.
