No it's a pretty decent quality power supply and should be perfect for your system

No it's not a good fit , buy the CX450M. It's Bronze , but it's a better PSU.

No, that's a pretty terrible PSU, don't fall for it, you'll be way better off with a CS 450M or CX450M.
