I believe that my desktop ssd main drive broke since whenever I boot up I get a black screen with cursor but the bios still works (if you guys have any solution to this just let me know). If my main ssd is broken I am just wondering what will happen with the other HDD that i have installed with games and such and if I will have to wipe it for it to work.

If you have to replace the C drive, whatever is on the other drive is not affected.
Unless you screw up the install on the replacement drive.

Now....what diagnostics have you done to determine that the current SSD is actually hosed?
An SSD dying is not really a common occurrence.

I mean After the computer was set up 6 months later I started to see problems like crashes. These crashes were microsoft window crashes where the computer would just be unresponsive with the cursor loading. Months later when I would install games onto the ssd it would freeze and crash the computer but when I would install it to the hdd it would work fine and not crash. I never installed any shady things to have caused a degenerative virus into my sdd that would ruin my computer in the matter of less than a year.

Also at the end I would have to check the directories for errors and such which was done automatically by windows so I believe that the ssd was faulty or something like that.

"Windows crashing" could be a whole bunch of things, not just the drive.
A crashed SSD is generally all or nothing. Either it works, or it doesn't, or it is read only.

Whenever I open my computer it opens to a black screen with cursor but the bios works so I am not sure if that meanings the ssd is messed up.

It is windows 7 and I tried to do a repair i believe but it didn't work and sadly i did not back anything up. I don't think tha I am able to revive this desktop but I am not sure what the problem is and if it is not the SSD then I am not sure what it is. Like I said when I would download things to the ssd It would freeze the computer but when I would download to HDD it would be just fine.

I have not tried a wipe and I am hesitent to put an OS on this ssd just incase it won't work but here are the specs.

GPU - GTX 980TI Seahawk

CPU - I7 4790k

Power Supply - Some expensive power supply about 1000 watts a little overkill

Motherboard - Asus Z97 Deluxe NFC and WLC DDR3

Memory - Corsair Dominator Platinum 32 GB DDR3 1866 MHZ

SSD - Samsung 850 EVO 1TB SATA III

HDD - Western Digital Red 4TB

I also have some Corsair Liquid Coolers for my CPU.
