How Much of Watts do I need for my build?

PC BUILD:
AMD Ryzen R7 1800x (Gonna overclock it to 4.1ghz)
Asus ROG Strix 1080 TI OC (Gonna overclock it to 2ghz)
Corsair Vengeance LED 2x8GB 3200mHz
Asus PRIME X-370-PRO
WD Blue 1TB 7200rpm
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
Fractal Design Define R4 (With 2 extra fans)
Noctua NH-D14 (Yes, I do have a mounting kit)

So 750W would be fine or should I go 850w? Thinking of getting EVGA GQ 750w 80plus GOLD.

Technically, this is true. However, with a 750 watt unit, you'll be running below the point at which the fan kicks on when idle. The build you have will also achieve a higher efficiency with a 750 watt unit.

That said, if none of that matters for this build, go for a 650. Both the GS line and the RMx line have solid options.

That PSU is plenty, but I'd watch your ram. It isn't on the QVL list for that motherboard, and ryzen is being very picky with ram. Check the QVL here.

Overclocking is free performance. As long as you do it safely, and not put the voltage above AMDs recommended max, it should last well past when he'll need to upgrade it again. I think you're underestimating the lifespan of a CPU. I run an OC'd 4-core for servers (2.6->4.7gHz) and it's been running 8 years strong. It outlived the hard drive I started it with!
