To appraise your PC, we need to know much more info about it rather than what your CPU is and how much RAM you have. As far as your i7-860 CPU and 8GB of RAM goes, at best, you're looking towards $150.

Run it, take a screenshot of the "Summary" page and post the picture to the net, while giving us the link, so we can see what you have.

What Speccy doesn't cover is your PSU and PC case. For that info, open up your PC and read the PSU make and model (or part number) off from the side of the PSU. Case make should be written on the case itself. If you can't figure out your case make and model, post a picture about it too.
