Question is: What Can I do to get my pc to perform as it should. Should I buy new components or something else. (!HELP!)

I've done so many things, but can't seem to figure out if my components are beginning to get too old and bad.
Alright let's start with my pc specs.

CPU: Intel Core i5 4690
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 760
SSD Kingston 220 gb
HHD 1tb
I've got 8gb DDR3 Ram.

A game like CSGO I get 100-200, sometimes goes under and I experience fps drops, which is what I want to avoid.

Let me know if you need more info, Ill show whatever you want to see, I am in a desperate need for help <3.

100-200 FPS for CS:GO with these specs is actually what you can expect. FPS drops however should not happen too often.

To point out the issue, do the following:

Install MSI Afterburner from here: https://www.msi.com/page/afterburner

Then go into the settings (the gear icon in the middle) and go to the monitoring tab.
There select the "display in overlay"-option for CPU, GPU and RAM usage.
Fire up CS:GO turn on the overlay. If any of the values max out during your FPS-drops we can know for sure which part of your PC is causing the problems.

Your display cannot do more than 60hz/120hz so it cannot display more than 60fps/120fps. This is only advisory, as stutters you see will be actual drops toward 50fps, but here's my observation.

The FPS drops are likely due to 8GB RAM. Especially on modern systems you should increase your page file to 16GB minimum on the SSD, whereas Windows will keep it at around 3GB default. This is so that Windows and all background programs can get shifted off your RAM when you're playing. It doesn't matter how fast your computer is, Page file running out will stutter and crash games, and contribute to system slowness very quickly.

Also stop using chrome in the background. Whilst I love that app, it's become a resource hog like no other.

Hi The Comeback Kid. My FPS does come when being in highly demanding maps, like Nuke outside with 1 smoke. It freezes for a sec. What could I upgrade to gain more frames? I got the money to upgrade most of it, if needed. I just need to know, cause im getting annoyed. Cant find the thing you're describing on Afterburner. ..
