Which are the max memory and core clocks overclocking values for GTX 960M?

I would like to overclock my Nvdia GTX 960M 4 GB GDDR5 GPU,
so please tell me which are the max overclocking values for the memory clock and core clock for it!

Thats not how overclocking works. Every card has different limits. You have to take them up slowly to find its max stable point or the pount where the temps are too high. Being a mobile chip you likely hit the thermal ceiling first. I highly suggest you start doing some research of your own before attempting to OC (especially with a laptop) if done improperly you could damage the system and it will not be covered by warranty.
