Hi all,
I've been wanting to build my first PC for a while. I ordered all the parts and ready to build but we are now moving to England July 1st. Will the computer work if I build it and just switch power cables? I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT COMPUTERS BUT REALLY WANT TO LEARN.

Solution
Just choose a decent quality one and you should be fine. If wanting help with a build could you make a new thread or ask here.
Give a budget when wanting help and tell where you buy=US or UK. People here will make use of the pcpartpicker for a build.Tell also what the pc is for, gaming or rendering or maybe even both.

Only old or bad designed psu's have that switch these days. Most new psu's do this automatically, they come with a 110<->240 volt range they work in.
You could maybe tell which psu you buy so we can say it really is ... ,but if a newer design should there be no problem.
