is it worth to take the 1060 or rx470 ? | The rx470 is 2 fans 4GB G1 | The gtx1060 has 1 fan 3gb.
i will not do overclock.
I3-7100 3.9Ghz
Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2V
8GB ddr4 2133
what do you think ? will the cpu bottleneck the gpu?

Solution
I'd go with the GTX 1060 if using a dual-core w/ HT. Digital Foundry's review of the Pentium G4560 showed the RX 480 would have more significant dips in framerate over the GTX 1060. I'm not sure if that would apply to the RX 470 and the i3, but I'd imagine it would. I think it's something about AMD's drivers being different and not performing as well with dual-core CPUs.

The CPU should be fine in most games but only just if you go higher than a RX 470/1060 3GB. That said, i would recommend an RX 480 4GB over both since they usually hover around the 1060 3GB price range and mostly outperforms that and the RX 470 of course. How much are the 2 you are looking at? Here is the cheapest RX 480 on PCP > https://pcpartpicker.com/product/WfyxFT/asus-radeon-rx-480-4gb-dual-video-card-dual-rx480-o4g. $188 USD.

If you have to get one of those cards it would probably be the 1060 3GB. I'm not very keen on recommending a 3GB card especially at that price bracket due to my VRAM experiences in modern games (at 1080p as well) but it is stronger than the RX 470 in most games. Hope this helps :)

It might be possible in some more intensive CPU games but i'd say it would do well. Most people match the RX 470 and 1050 Ti with the new Pentium G4560s and your i3-7100 is slightly stronger so it should handle the RX 480 4GB fairly well in most situations, especially in GPU intensive games.
