I have a $400 budget to upgrade my PC. My GPU is a GTX 960 4gb and my CPU is an FX 4350. Should I spend all my money on a new GPU or buy a new processor. I was thinking about getting a GTX 1060 6gb for a GPU, or a Ryzen 5 1500x for a CPU. The games I play are CS:GO, GTA 5, Battlefield 1, and Cities skylines.

However I highly recommend getting the RAM for the 7700 now since it's such a good price, and then getting the other two parts as you get the cash.
Prices for those two should stay stable, but RAM is generally around $100 for 16GB, the Adata RAM is great quality and a fantastic bargain.

If u are only gaming u could buy an i5 and RX 470 4gb will be a good combo .So that saves few bucks over the processor and u could use it on GPU. RX 470 is a little bit slower than RX 480 .So it could handle upto 1440p with playable FPS.May be a few dips in some games but it can hanle it.I hope it will be a balanced build. If u dont wanna spend money on new mobo's, even fx-8370e will be a good choice
