Hello! First of all, thanks for taking the time to read this, as I'm desparately seeking help right now.
Recently, my computer has been shutting off as I attempt to play games such as Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade and Rust. Now, my computer specs exceed the minimum and recommended specs for these games, so I have no idea as to why my computer just randomly shuts off mid-game. Usually after the computer shuts off, it reboots as if nothing happened. The computer also tends to shut off after an hour or so of playing the game.
If any of you have any idea as to why my computer is doing this, please help me out here. I'll put my specs below and the temperature of my GPU and CPU outside of the game and during the game.

Do you have the version of the RX 480 that runs only off of the PCIe or do you have one that can take power from the PSU? If it is only pulling from the PCIe then that might be what's causing the short because it might be overdrawing power because it looks like it's getting really warm. You shouldn't be running 80 Degrees unless you're benchmark stress testing. Is your 480 a stock model? That's just a guess though, we should definitely look into more things.
For example: do you plug your PSU into the wall directly or into a power strip?

Have you checked to make sure your power settings are set up for performance/high power usage in control panel?
