I recently bought 8gb of Hyper X Fury DDR3 HX318C10FK2/8 (1866mhz) to upgrade from my 2gb of Kingston RAM (1333mhz) for my mobo (Asus P5G41T-M LE) and upon installation, there was no signal or post beep, but the fans still powered on. Even after updating my BIOS to the latest version, nothing is working, what should I do? Everything works fine with the old RAM.

Note that I have-
I have reset the CMOS battery multiple times, letting it sit for 30 seconds and even holding the power button for discharging.
I have tried using only a single stick at a time to check if anything boots on their own.
I have checked to make sure the ram was seated correctly.
I have the RAM voltage set to auto.
I have CPU-Z if necessary for more information.

Worse case scenario is that my mobo is not compatible with the RAM

Solution
just had a look on the QVL for your board, and Hyper X modules are not on the list at all, I would say you have a compatibility problem, the fact that the motherboard still boots fine with the other sticks you have shows that nothing else is wrong.
