Intel i5 7600K (does NOT come with Stock Cooler) so you have buy a good one for it. < Intel expect people to overclock asap once they get the K version of Intel CPU.

Since you not overclocking as you said and gave us 2 choice - You should go for the Ryzen 5 1500X - You going save money (Probably for better computer parts)

You can't go wrong with either one of them. The 7600K will give slightly higher framerates right now and possibly even in the future. But if you ever want to stream or do any kind of rendering, the 1500X would be the better choice.
