Motherboard Specs: http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/GA-B85M-HD3-A-rev-10#sp

I have two 4gb ram but I would like to upgrade to 16gb like this:
https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-HyperX-FURY-1600MHz-DDR3/dp/B00J8E8YES?th=1

I am confused with the extra words on the RAM "CL10 DIMM" also there's this "Non ECC" thing. Can you also guys suggest what product I should buy I just really needed more ram for my game and that is all.

Solution
Check the motherboard QVL (also known as memory support list). If you look at ram codes, you will see that there are many that have C9 (which means those are CL9 Ram) and even some C8 (CL8). So CL10 is no problem.
As for voltage supported, you could check motherboard manual, or seek it directly in BIOS. The ram you linked shows 1.5 V which is typical value for DDR3.
