Any opinions about this pc?

The only cooler I can recommend is the tried and true Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, or something from Noctua if you don't have a side panel window. If there's a fan on the top of the case you can get something like a Corsair H80i which is good too.

A 7700K is a bit overkill for this, for gaming you don't need much more than an i5. The 1050 Ti would also be a bit of a bottleneck with the 7700k. I recommend a i5-6600K, which would go better with the 1050 Ti.
That money you saved could go to a better power supply. That power supply is barely, if at all, enough. 550W would be safe.

In either configuration this computer is better than mine. I only have a i5-4430 and a GTX 950.
