damaged sd card

i bought a new sd card and after few hours a message shows sd is card damaged try reformatting.When i connected my sd card to pc via card reader pc is detecting my sd card without any problems and i ran check disk and there was no errors.and i also formatted my sd card but the problem is still there anyone help me

,when i click on format on my phone nothing happens.i formatted through pc.now every sd card i put into my phone is not being recognised by my phone.hellllppppppppppppp

Since your phone is unable to detect any card now, I ll suggest to go for a factory reset first. If the problem still persists, you may need to visit your phone's service center. I hope its still in warranty. Good Luck!
