I have a Samsung monitor (1440×900 ,60hz)...Which only have a single VGA port....Now i m willing to buy a GTX 1050 ti Asus rog strix edition......But it doesn't have any VGA port.....So i hve to buy a VGA to dvi-d converter
Now my question is ....will it affect the performance of my gameplay experience like low FPS and all
And the converter i m willing to buy is pretty cheap.....Does cheap converter affect on the visual quality i m getting now from my monitor ??
Plzz guys help me.....Thnk u

I just told you that you'll need active adapter to get your VGA monitor running if you are using DVI-D port. Do read my first sentence again in my previous reply.

To get your VGA monitor running, you'll need active DVI-D to VGA adapter,
amazon: https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-DVI2VGAE-1920x1200-Adapter-Converter/dp/B00C93JQXS

Active adapter converts the digital signal from DVI-D to analog signal that your VGA monitor can use.
Passive adapter in the other hand doesn't convert the signal from digital to analog and your monitor won't show any pictures.

Image quality vise, there's no difference if you use VGA -> VGA or DVI-D -> VGA.
