Are watercooking pumps meant to change sounds and emit more bubbles when i tilt the system?

Just put water in my waterloop and my res is tilted.
AM I SUPPOSED TO OPEN THE LID OF MY RESERVOIR WHILE BLEEDING OUT BUBBLES?and if i tilt my case so its either horisontal or vertical it starts to pump out more bubbles and pumps noise changes. Is that normal?

there is bubble that come up in reservoir this means you still have air in system and yes pump will change sound when air pas in it .

I fixed the issue. Yes, there was still a lots of air in my system although my reservoirs water level really didnt fall.
I also changed my pumps placement so it doesnt vibrate so much. Now its bubblefree and whisper quiet :D
