Hi there,
I have my router working perfectly for a couple of months now, however sometimes my router stops working and then gets back to its senses, this time its kind of stuck and wont work again “The led on the router that indicates internet connection gets red”.
I have configured 2 of my routers by the same settings and set them in 2 different locations in the house, 1 works and the other doesn’t. switched their locations, the internet point that previously worked would have the router on it working.

When I run the browser on the one that is not working I get the following:
https://ibb.co/fLPEmQ

And in Control Panel I get:
https://ibb.co/ewDJD5

I get the same thing on the router setting on the web when I access http://router.asus.com/index.asp:

https://ibb.co/me0yD5
I tried opening the port my cable is connected to and everything seems ok, I tried to switch the cables on the patch panels nothing changed and the router in the second location wasn’t effected..

Cant seem to find other steps to troubleshoot this issue :)
Appreciate your support..

if you can connect to the modem, get internet directly, you could reset the router or restart both the router or the modem, unplug the power cable form the modem, then the router, reconnect the power cable on the modem and later the router, see if that helps

if it doesn't, reset router and reconfigure it

Thanks alot for your support,
Unfortunately I tried those options earlier with no luck :) forgot to mention it in my post.. im suspecting.. and I hope thats not the case here.. is that the cable running from the patchpanel to my room might be broken.. unfortunately I dont have the tools to check or replace it. Called a guy to check it out. But is there anything else I can do ?

Thanks again
