I have been getting a huge FPS drop in every game. For example i used to get 115 fps solid on american truck simulator on ultra. Now i can barley keep a steady 20 fps. Even if i put it on low graphics settings i still get 20fps. I tried to play cs-go and i got 20 fps also. Didn't get this problem until on day it just did this. I have factory reset my computer so i do not think it is a virus problem. I always kept the drivers up to date. I got no idea what the problem is.

Any help appreciated

Solution
I'd reinstall the drivers along with looking at the processes that are running while running games. Like you said if you dont' suspect a virus than that's your call, however still would recommend scanning to be sure.

I don't think it's the actual hardware, it seems to be relating software.
