In my new PC, I have a 2tb Seagate HDD, it's shows up in the bios (Asus z170 a motherboard) and when I go into disk management, nothing shows up except C: drive (120gb SSD). Disk usage is constantly at 50% and when I go to file explorer>this PC only my SSD and DVD Drive show, any help would be appreciated

Have you formatted the drive? There's a collective of softwares that allow you to format, partition and set up a drive with relative ease. It will typically not detect a non-formatted drive.
