I've got a cooler master g550m PSU.
My system doesn't draw a lot power from the wall (i5 4460+gtx 970)
and I realiesd that even at full load, my PSU blowes cold air.
The problem is, I want a silent pc (personal reason) but my PSU is a bit loud for me (in idle ofc).
So, is there any options for reduce my PSU's noise?

It might be making a lot of noise because it is vibrating against the case. Try unscrewing it, then putting rubber washers (make sure they aren't too hard) in between the case and PSU.

I believe that PSU has a fan that auto-controls its speed internally. http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/gaming-gm-series/g550m/
You the user have no control over the fan RPM, but it supposed to vary its speed as needed. Since the exhaust air is cool and the PSU load seems minimal to you, it should be off at at low RPM most of those times. I suspect that the controller is not working properly and the fan is always at full RPM. Replacement would be the only way to remedy the problem, as I see it. Or possibly an RMA back to the manufacturer for repair.
