Spent hours working on cable management to look good go to boot up pc and dram led comes on. Took everything apart and kept motherboard in case, no bent pins on cpu ram worked in another computer. Computer will fire up all case leds light up fans spin (including cpu and gpu) hdd is on and all motherboard leds (aura) are on. After I took psu out of case and powered the pc up no error leds came on but no boot screen. Shutoff tried again vga led came on, shut down again vga flashed and the dram came on. Now only dram led is lighting up. It's my first time fully building a rig and I've been looking for hours and I've tried most troubleshooting. Any ideas/suggestions?

Check your motherboard manual for the correct procedure to clear CMOS. The easiest way is to remove the battery from the motherboard.
This will reset it to default values, and should allow you to boot up.
