Hi, I have a problem my computer turns on and it reaches the windows 10 logo and the dots spin and my computer freezes and turns off this happened after I installed new 8gb ram

I tried it and now psu burned out it smells bad and my computer won't turn on I get a red light. I was wondering can replacing my psu with a stronger one, will my computer turn on?

My Psu was 240w max

Damn dude, yes most semi modern systems will be fine from things like that buy a 600w psu from a reputable brand and your computer should be fine same happened to me
