So my old 700w PSU stopped working, and I need a new one but can only afford a 600w.
Specs:
CPU: I3 2100
GPU: R9 270x
RAM: 6Gb DDR3
Storage: 1Tb HDD
64Gb SSD
1x DVD Drive
1x Case Fan
And my keyboard and mouse have lights which might use some power.
Will a 600w PSU be enough for these?

Those are the old BAD EVGA power supplies.
They are the same internal units, referred to as B1 units. not good.
At least step up to the B2 or any SeaSonic, Superflower, Antec, XFX, you catch on sale.
A quality 450w is all you need. A 500-600 watt Quality unit would leave lots of room for upgrades.

Yes 600W for a power supply is ample of amount of wattage to run your PC. For my own PC, I myself am using 600W for an I5 4690s, a GTX 1060 6GB SC, and 8GB or RAM.
