I'm planning to build a PC based on an Intel Core i3-7100 3.9GHz 3MB, 3.9 GHz, Socket H4 (LGA 1151) so I need to know what Motherboard is good for this and other things to consider is GPU, Ram, HDD, SSD, etc...

Is there any site or guide where I can learn the line-up of the perfect PC that can work with different parts? I kinda want to build it myself.

You can also use H270 @Paul NZ.

Have you already purchased that CPU? Because i would advise instead saving the money on a Pentium G4560, it offers ~90% of that CPU's performance for much cheaper and a good choice for a budget Gaming PC.

If you want help choosing the rest of the parts you can just simply give us your Budget and Wants example (Gaming at 1080p 60 FPS High or Medium settings in modern games such as Battlefield 1 and Witcher 3 with some video editing on the side). That way we can come up with a full build for you based on these and even help you understand why we choose them. Hope this helps :)

Try pcpartpicker.com. You can almost guarantee that new builders forget something. It's got a good listing of components and vendors so you can shop happily and get the best deals. When done, use BBcode and cut/paste the build here, and then we will nit-pick at it to improve it for best bang for the buck according to your budget limitations.
