Pc keeps shutting off every 5 seconds.

My computer keeps shutting off every 5 seconds. If i dont have my graohics card plugged in it runs without shutting off. If i have it plugged in then it will shut off every 5 seconds. I just built this pc.

Specs:
MOB: Gigabyte H110M-A
Core i3 processor
16gb of RAM
6gb EVGA GEFORCE GTX 1060
850watt power supply
1tb hard drive

have you tried a diffrent PCIE LANE on your board

make sure your power cable is pluged in right

if you have another one try another cable just to make sure that the cable isnt bad

another thing you can try is remove the card and download all the drivers then plug the card back in

Yes I uave several times. Maybe its a problem with the MOBO.
