1333 mhz ram working singularly not with 2 other

Solution
You motherboard allows for 2 sets of ram in dual channel configuration. The third stick of ram would force the system to run all 3 modules in single channel rather than dual channel.

For Intel CPU's, there exists single and dual channel configurations as well as a flex mode. Flex mode will allow a 4GB module to pair with a 2GB module and be in "dual channel". The last 2GB of that 4GB module would be operating at single channel.

In your case, the best option is either to remove the 4GB module completely, allowing the 2x2GB modules to work in dual channel properly or to remvoe one of the 2GB modules and pair the 4GB with one of the 2GB in flex mode.
