New Core i7 7700K build crashes before I can get into Windows

I have built a new PC and I am using my old SSD with Windows10 installed (from previous PC). I was hoping to get into windows and then install all new drivers for the new components. The PC boots alright, then even loaded windows for few minutes and then the blue screen of death appeared saying "System Service Exception". I have physically checked everything in hardware installation and all components are connected correctly. I have some data in the SSD which I wish to copy to a USB drive, so I am not doing a clean install at this point. Is it possible to use that old windows installation for some time for copying data (with new drivers of course).

But the problem is that the PC boots and just promptly crashes when windows logo appears. Will a clean install (losing my data) help? Here is the configuration-

CPU- Intel 7th Gen Intel Core i7 Desktop Processor i7-7700K
Mobo- Asus Z270F Strix Gaming - LGA1151 - 7th Generation MotherBoard
RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws V 16GB (1 x 16GB) DDR4 2400 Mhz (F4-2400C15S-16GVR) RAM
CPU Cooler - Noctua Ultra Silent CPU Cooler Cooling NH-U9B
SSD - 256 GB OCZ Vertex (this is from old pc with win10 installed)

you could try a new installation then, without formatting, this should just move your old version of windows to a windows.old folder on the hard drive, failing that, if you have another old hard drive lying around that you could just plug in for now and get windows on it to grab the files off the other one.

You can try booting to safe mode without drivers, just to get files that you need off, but a new motherboard and cpu etc requires a fresh install of windows, drivers are causing your BSOD, its not a hardware problem.

If you can get into safe mode, remove all of your old drivers from device manager and old motherboard drivers etc, you should be able to just boot normally then after that.

Also, in the bios, configuration for hard drives etc needs to be the same as it was on your last system.
