My Pc specifications are
Motherboard: Intel Dh77eb
CPU: Intel i5-3570k
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB (Planning to buy)
Ram: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)

PSU wattage calculator(http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/) tells me the load wattage as 311W and is recommending me a 360W PSU. Can anyone recommend a good PSU under 6000 Rs (60-90 USD) and what should be the rating of the PSU from the above build. Tier 1 recommended, followed by Tier 2 and Tier 3.

PS. I don't think that I will overclock my components.

Thank You

Something like this would be great as well as affordable for your needs > https://pcpartpicker.com/product/fZyFf7/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii520bronze. If you can extend your budget a little more here is a good Tier 1 PSU > https://pcpartpicker.com/product/qYTrxr/evga-power-supply-220g20550y1. However, on PCPartPicker in India, there are very little good Power Supplies under 6000 Rs but this may be due to the lack of retailers listed on the site.

On a side note, i would advise you look into an RX 480 4GB if you can, they are generally around the same price as the GTX 1060 3GB and offer more Performance in most games as well as not having limited VRAM. Imo, anything below 4GB is a poor choice for Gaming at 1080p above Medium settings...

Thanks guys. I think I'll go with Seasonic S12II Series 520-Watt Power Supply.

On another side note
Which is better
GTX 1060 6gb vs GTX 1060 3gb vs RX 480 4gb
I'll appreciate it if you can recommend a manufacturer too.
