Is my GPU missing capacitor/s? Or is it just broke?

The title says it all, I really want to fix my GPU 'cause I want to use it's potential. I haven't own a good gpu for years. I bought this from a friend, THIS IS working fine before I bought it. Then I tried it later on and used it on my OLD PC which has a bend pin on a motherboard and doesn't have a 6pin and 8pin on my PSU. Then I bought NZXT Cable which has a pin that the GPU's slot recommended. Tried it on my old 520w psu then it doesn't work. ( 'cause my psu doesnt have 6pin and 8pin cable )
Few weeks later I bought new Seasonic M12II 620W PSU, Which has 6pin and 8pin cables. Tried it, Installed new OS ( Win10 x64 Professional which is pirated ) & downloaded latest drivers of CPU, Motherboard ( BNew Mobo H110M-K ) then also the GPU's driver ( from amd website ). After installing it, the screen became black and we thought it broke. So we tried reinstalling OS and did that again. Then the other day we finally found out that the GPU is causing the blackscreen. Haven't tried the DVI-I to VGA converter yet.
Any help would be appreciated, advice and such. I'm using iGPU since the day of buying new parts of my pc.

I will give a picture of it. ( Excuse my cables, dust and case... I haven't cleaned and bought new case & parts 'cause of priorities )
