I already have gpu and power supply and i cant find cpu cooler in amazon.co.uk that ships to israel if somone could help that will be great.

Sure it is. Buying from a big eBay seller with good feedback should be as safe as Amazon. I've never had a problem buying from international sellers. Mainly China to US. I just try to avoid them as shipping takes a long time. Each item I listed was with a major seller with an excellent feedback rating.

Ebay's buyer protection also heavily favors buyers. Sellers are the ones taking the risk. That's why there aren't many small sellers left and actual auctions are much harder to find.

Try eBay. There are plenty of sellers whom ship internationally, including Israel. Just check the sellers country list.

Considering how expensive shipping will be. I wouldn't waste money on a cheap cooler. I would also avoid liquid cooling. As the pumps are more likely to have problems and you won't have any warranty by buying internationally. Unless the manufacturer specifically offers international support. While you can easily buy a high static pressure replacement fan for an air cooler.

Do you already own the case? It has a limited cooler height of 158mm. That greatly reduces your options as far as CPU coolers go. Which is why I listed downdraft fans instead of tower fans. If you like that case design get the NZXT Phantom 410 White instead. Then you can get the Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3 or cheaper Cryorig H5 Universal.

I didnt buy the case but the phantom 410 cant be delivery to israel from amazon.
Do you think ebay is safe to buy the case?

I think it is more cost effective. Would you rather pay $30 shipping on a cheap cooler or a higher quality cooler? I suppose you could get a Cryorig H7. It still has a solid copper base plate, plated in nickel. Which is better than those cheap Cooler Master units. Which have copper pipes pressed into an aluminum plate then ground flat. The Cyrorig is simply a better design in every way.

The H5 is considerably better than the H7. It has more heat pipes and higher air flow. At a minimum for decent overclocking get the Cryorig H7. It's just once you factor in shipping the H5 Universal makes more sense. The H7 will fit in the NZXT 240 case.
