what is a good gaming laptop that has a 1070 in it and does not look like a crazy spaceship. I would prefer it to not thermal throttle too much and i would like it to be the semi protable if not playing games on it. Thanks!

I have a iMac 2010 that is horrible and is on its last leg. Has trouble turning on and it is really slow. I am looking for something around $2000. I want a GTX 1070 atleast.

I was looking into this one https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834234458
It is $1700. ASUS ROG GL502VS-DS71 15.6" Intel Core i7 7th Gen 7700HQ (2.80 GHz) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 16 GB Memory 128 GB SSD 1 TB HDD Windows 10 Home 64-Bit Gaming Laptop. WOuld that be a good choice? I like it how it isnt really a crazy gamer computer. Please let me know other ones that you suggest.

So you currently have no desktop PC?
If you're looking to use this as a primary machine for gaming, a desktop will net you much better performance, and a better screen too for the same price.

What is your budget?
Gaming laptops suffer from relatively poor battery life, about 2-3 hours under normal load, about 2 while gaming.
