So I just built a new computer a few days ago and I was using it no problem, all of the lights turned on, all fans spin, it was all good, until I started to play some games I noticed it was a little slow on the frame rates, so i check it and it's at 30 on csgo (shouldn't be) i tried to look up solutions but couldn't find any. to shorten all of that, everything works, but the graphics card won't "push pixels" CPU is probably doing everything. (display is plugged into mobo, if that helps)
Specs: i5 6600k, MSI h110m, 16gb of gskill ram, MSI GTX 1050 TI gaming X 4gb, corsair CXM 450W
Could really use the help :)

nvidia control panel doesn't even show up when i right click, and in display adapters its just intel hd graphics

That means it's not being read, a graphics card isn't detected anyway until you install drivers. So try a complete reinstall.
Download Display Drivers Uninstaller and choose Nvidia, then get the latest drivers from the Nvidia site.
There's definitely something wrong, did it work in the beginning or just hasn't been working since you got it?
Also make sure if you've installed it in motherboard right.

I ran the uninstaller, then installed the necessary drivers and when the setup ran a system check it "could not find compatible graphics hardware"

this means you may have plugged in the monitor to the motherboard

uninstall all display drivers

turn off computer

hook up the monitor to the gpu NOT the motherboard

turn on

go into windows, install nvidia drivers
