The GTX 1060 will highly unlikely be bottlenecked by your i3-7100 (slight chance only if game is CPU-intensive).
You're good to go with the PSU, MB, CPU, and GPU.

look i found another G2 for almost the same price:

If the G2 650 is almost the same price, then, I'd get that over the G2 550. Both are more than enough for your build.
