The PC is a mini-PC named Acer Aspire L5100 and I was wondering does this motherboard have a PCI-E express 2.1 x16 slot on it? Here are the specifications:

Motherboard
Manufacturer Acer
Model G31 (CPU 1)
Chipset Vendor Intel
Chipset Model P35/G33/G31
Chipset Revision 10
Southbridge Vendor Intel
Southbridge Model 82801GB (ICH7/R)
Southbridge Revision A1

I'm asking because I'd like to upgrade my graphic card since the current one is integrated.

I'm sorry that I misguided you guys but looking around on my case I saw that it says the model is L3600, not L5100. I don't know how to see the last 6 digits @The Paladin. Hope this clears it up a bit more. Once again, sorry for giving out wrong information about the model, I was unaware myself as I was wrongfully informed.

according to this you do not have a standard PCIE slot on this pc
http://acersupport.com/acerpanam/desktop/0000/Acer/AspireL3600/AspireL3600sp2.shtml

Expansion Slots
1 mini PCI 3A slot (internal), slot in use by TV card on certain models
1 mini card slot , slot in use by WLAN card on certain models Mini-PCI interface for Hybrid TV function supports analog TV (NTSC/PAL/SECAM), Digital TV (DVB-T), and S-Video/Composite/Stereo Capture. Hardware/Software Encoder supported. Microsoft certified MCE
remote control receiver module(internal) and controller
(selected models)

so the answer is no it does not support PCIE Standard cards, it uses PCI 3A Slot
