I have an asus z270-k (prime) atx lga1151 motherboard and a intel Core i7 7700k 4.2ghz quad core kaby lake
And I want to use windows 7 instead of 10...A friend explained it to me that the intel Core i7 7700k 4.2ghz quad core kaby lake will work with windows 7 but I will not be able to use my integrated graphics only my gpu graphics....which is fine for me because I only do gaming....and he also said that I will not be able to receive or do updates for windows 7 which is fine to because I don't intend to update anything I just want to use the pc just the way it is. ...so my question is will the intel Core i7 7700k 4.2ghz quad core kaby lake run Windows 7 full performance the way I like as above. ...:)

Solution
Installation guide for Windows 7 with that motherboard (English 23rd choice from top).

Nah, the issue is you cannot boot with a USB flash drive. Have to use the CD or insert the USB drivers at boot time. Works like is should otherwise.

This is untrue. Windows 7 is still getting updates from Microsoft. The motherboard is irrelevant. The only issue with installing Win 7 on an Z270 motherboard is with USB 3.0 drivers needed at install time.
