When im playing video games any like gta v ark bo3 h1 i get massive lag spikes and i dont understand why
My specs are i5 6600
gtx 1070
8gb
2tb hdd

I don't know allot about computers but it might be the hard drive, when i played DayZ the world used to load way too slow and give me lag spikes, when i moved the game from my HDD to a SSD drive it fixed the loading issue. So my point is that your HDD may be too slow to load the world in time.

(feel free to criticize this comment, i am not an expert)
