So i decided to overclock my i7 7700 to 4.9 ghz
After i went in windows i benchmarked it and it got stuck and brought that blue screen where it says windows ran into a problem it stayed like that 15 mins so i hard shut it down
I went back to the custom low settings i had and now in bios it says cpu is 100 degrees and even in windows
