If I were you I would consider getting a cheaper CPU and Case in order to get a nicer GPU (GTX 1070 or 1080) and faster 16 GB RAM (3000 or 3200). I think that would give you a faster computer. A case at the end of the day is just a metal box with holes; there are vary nice option for $50-$100.

the case price isnt right actually, it's like 45 usd, and am planning on adding more rams in the future, as for the gpu thats as far as i can go :D, other models are too pricey where i live

i wouldnt match an i5 with a 1070. stick with the 7700k, its the best investment right now imo, and upgrade the gpu down the line.

as for the ram, id try to get a 16g kit with 2 8g sticks to run dual channel. but if you cant afford 16g at least get 2x 4G.

and i wouldnt go with an evo 212 on a 7700k, they run hot. itll work if you dont oc, but its not ideal. id go with a large air cooler such as a noctua d15 or cryorig r1 or a quality 280mm aio like an h115i or kraken x62.

lastly, while that is a very good psu, and psu isnt something to cheap out on, you can go for a cheaper one. anything with seasonic or super flower internals and enough wattage will do if you want to save a little.

well the case will have 5 120 mm fans and one 200mm fan will this help with the overall cooling of the cpu or is it better to just change the cpu cooler, as for the rams from what i understand the 2 4gb ram is better than the single 8 gb ram?
sry again am new to this :D
