Whats the make and model of the psu. 600w is not enough info as they are not all created equal. A quality built 450w psu woyld work(id go for ayleast 520w though) where a poor quality 600w unit could leave you with a smoking brick.

It will work but its not the best quality so it wont have the best life expectancy. If its a Evga BQ i would suggest looking for a replacement.

Picking a psu is not just about wattage and effciency rating. The 520w Seasonic M12II would work well for your specs. It's only bronze effciency but it is built with quality components so its stable and should last a good long while.

No. The 80 plus rating (bronze,silver,gold,etc) are not quality ratings. The Seasonic I suggezt above is Bronze rated but good build quality ifvyou want a more energy efficient psu the Seasonic G series cost a bit more but are also well built. The Evga G2,GS,G3 and thier P series are good aswell as the Corsair RMx units.

You dont need anything close to 750w. While the GQ is not bad(not great either) I wouldn't pay $80 for one.

As i said earlier the specs you posted could run on a good 450w psu. A 520-550W psu is more than enough. Components (for the most part) have been getting more energy efficient. 650w would be enough to run 2 1070s in SLI 750w is what I reccomend if you had an unlocked i7 dual gpus and were planning on some massive overclocking. For what you jave now 520w is more than enough.
